What does local do as home party? We do hotpot a lot with family, and friends!

We'll gather in my home kitchen to make one of the most popular home meal, Japanese style hotpot that has been around for generations.
The highlight of hotpot is making ramen/risotto at the end.

We'll start with the very first step of making broth. We'll cook hotpot using easy recipes you can develop at home. Hotpot is not only easy to prepare on a daily basis, but also nourishing and fun to do as home party . Home cooking is centered on the happiness and health of the family. Come experience the power of this tradition.

Other things to note
All you need to bring is your appetite. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you wish during class. Let me know of any dietary restrictions in advance.
